How to use:
We recommend three to five 15 - 20-minute treatments per week.

• *Charger will hold it charge for up to 120 Minutes
• *Prepare skin with a deep cleansing
• *Chose your desired setting and light intensity (for beginners start on lower light intensity and gradually move up to highest intensity)
• *Keep mask on for 15-20 minutes (there is no downside to having this mask on longer)
• *Remove mask and apply treatment serum and moisturizer
• *Gently wipe down the mask and store in dry, safe place.  

Tip: We highly recommend applying a serum for treatment prior to using the mask.
