Description

The W.Skin Laboratory A.M (Anti-Melasma) Boosting Serum is a superior brightening product that helps to noticeably fade pigmentation spots, and Melasma, (including sun spots and acne scars) in as little as 4 weeks. It will also help to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, freckles, dark circles and uneven skin tone.

The key ingredients are important in this formulation:

Tranexamic Acid

Tranexamic Acid (TXA) is a synthetic water-soluble ingredient from the amino acid lysine. When used topically, it inhibits tyrosinase synthesis in melanocytes and blocks the transfer of pigment melanocytes to keratinocytes in the epidermis. In layman'’s terms, it stops discoloration from forming and lightens current hyperpigmentation, allowing the skin to regain its natural tone and texture.

Niacinimide

The benefits of Niancinimide are so numerous but we will mention them all. Niacinimide fights against oxidative stresss, helps to clear acne, regulates oil production, treats hyperpigmentaion in conjunction with Retinol+ Hyaluronic Cream, improves the lipid barrier, minimizes fine lines and improves irritation.  It's a powerhouse ingredient.

Adenosine:

Adenosine is a water-soluble yeast-derived ingredient that functions as a good soothing and skin-restoring agent. It has proven anti-wrinkle benefits and is a safe, beneficial ingredient all skin types can use. Studies also indicate strong potential for soothing properties.

One of the particularly exceptional qualities of adenosine is that it’s a natural component of the body and its receptors have specifically been identified in skin cells, allowing for a direct connection and impressive effectiveness when applied topically.

Adenosine is described as a white, odorless, crystalline powder in its raw form.

Centella Asiatica

Centella asiatica extract is an effective ingredient not only in antiaging cosmetics but also for improving skin hydration. Therefore, Centella asiatica can be used in moisturizing cosmetic formulations and also to complement the treatment of dry and sensitive skin.

Centella asiatica is a perennial herb that grows primarily in Asia. For years, it’s had both culinary and medicinal uses, but like many traditional plant extracts, it’s gaining popularity as a skin care ingredient.
