AM Routine: This regimen is a different take on lifting hyperpigmentation because it uses medical grade products with an emphasis on calming.
For Fitzpatric Scale of 3-5, Olive Complexion and dark, it's important that we incorporate layer calming ingredients over the active ingredients so that we don't stimulate post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The morning routine is about treating the skin with antioxidants, nutrients, calming and protecting throughout the day.
When Exceptionelle C Serum with Ferulic is applied it is inhibiting sun damage and rays but also delivering Ferulic Acid which is a powerful antioxidant, and a layer of GD11 Advanced Lab Ampoule Serum A whitening, anti-wrinkle, functional cosmetic treatment that offers real visible moisturizing skin benefits. After applying 1 or 2 of the serum choices we come to the important part which is layering the skin with AM Cream.
This cream is a powerful tool for lightening and calming it contains Polygonum Cuspidatum Root Extract. A plant whose root is a good source of the potent polyphenolic antioxidant trans-resveratrol, which is considered the most bioavailable form of resveratrol and will literally calm your skin all day! The last step in the routine is SPF and it's important!
PM Routine: This step is a step that only you can determine because you will need to assess whether you can use the product 1-4 nights a week.
It's starts with clean skin and layering the following:
- Rectify+ Retinol & Retinoate Serum
- Calming ingredients, 8 peptides, & Daisy Flower Extract, Beta Glucan, & Arginine
- Layer Reveal Glycolic Serum
- Provides exfoliation in a gentle formulation, brightening & additional peptides
- Alternate Glycolic Rectifying Creme or Photo-Aging Cream
- the first night and the 2nd night apply Stop Aging Peptide Cream (Not applying Glycolic Rectifying Creme or Photo Aging Cream)
Tip: Apply a layer of Am Cream over Glycolic Rectifying Creme or Photo Aging Creme to calm the skin. That's very important in preventing post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Use the Papaya Enzyme Scrub once a week to remove the dead cells. The nights you skip this routine apply Neuropeptide Serum, and Miracle Cream with Epidermal Growth Factors that encourage cell proliferation.
