HYDRO JELLY MASQUES SEAL NOTICE
The seal in the Hydro-Gel Masque are designed to compress to keep the powder inside the container during storage and shipping. The seal is not intended to "stick" to the container, though sometimes it does. If you receive a Hydro Jelly product from JVS and the seal is not stuck to the mouth of the container, then rest assured that the product is fine. The seal is doing its job even though it does not adhere to the mouth of the container. All of our products are manufactured under stringent good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety and freshness. Also note that as the seal is not intended to adhere to the jar and these products are filled and packaged in accordance with our quality control plan, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for Hydro Jelly Masques units where the seal does not adhere to the mouth of the jar.
Our jellymasks are made with refined alginate and contain a higher concentration of alginate than most rubber masks do – A new generation of peel-off masks boosted with pure algae, actives and new electrolyte technology. They start in powdered form and are activated with purified water for each application. As the water mixes with the powder, it forms a liquid “jelly” that is applied to the area. After about 15-20 minutes, the Hydrojelly solidifies, creating a vacuum seal that pushes all the beneficial ingredients into the skin pores. Once the mask solidifies it can then be removed with little to no residue.
