To clean your INSTA-LIFT Glow

After every use, with a soft cloth, wipe your INSTA-LIFT Glow Device free of gel. Then, lightly spray your clean cloth with isopropyl alcohol and wipe your INSTA-LIFT down, paying close attention to cleaning around the flat surface where lights and metal are. Then wipe off with a dry cloth before storing.

Please keep your INSTA-LIFT away from water or any other liquids (including excessive amounts of conductive gel), dampness or debris. DO NOT submerge your INSTA_LIFT in water, place in the dishwasher or apply abrasive cleaners/chemicals.

When using INSTA-LIFT Glow Device, be sure to keep the charging cord free of any conductive gel. This will help ensure your device continues to perform at its best. We recommend that you use isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth to wipe down and removing all gel after every use.

They have given me a full refund for the product. It was even after the window to return the item had closed.
