PRE-OWNED ITEMS

We accept returns for store credit on items described as "Pre-owned" in the title, provided that the item is in the same condition as when it was sold. Please email kelly@jolispa.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item you wish to return.  Should you elect to return shipping is the responsibility of the of the buyer, and we must receive the item back within four days (seven days for overseas buyers) of notifying us that you would like to return the item. 

NEW AND NEVER WORN
Frugal French Finds Luxury Store does not take returns on new or never-used items except shoes (see below). Any item for which the condition states new, never used, pristine, and/or store fresh is a FINAL SALE.  FINAL SALE occurs when payment is made and processed by our credit card company or when a bank wire is received. Please inspect the item within 48 hours of delivery, as we will not be responsible for any issues regarding the item.
Frugal French Finds Luxury Store does not take returns on items sourced on behalf of a client (or its agent) that were not in our inventory at the time the request was made.  Such orders are considered "custom orders," and custom orders, whether new or preloved, are not eligible for return.
